We have introduced infused water into the office. Each week we present a new flavor mix for you to enjoy. Pick up a recipe card to try that flavor at home. Share an infused water recipe on our facebook page if you’ve got a fabulous one.
We also have a brand new water cooler and a small beverage fridge with special items for you. If you prefer warm beverages our Keurig is always available to you with your choice of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates. Fresh milk and cream can be found in the fridge.
To appeal to the technological senses, we have introduced ipads into the office. They are available for your use during your wait and appointment time. Make sure to check out the fun dental apps, the educational tools, take a look at our album, and don’t forget to follow us on your favourite social media sites! Need a boost? We also have charging stations for you now so you never have to feel unplugged while you are in the office. If you have your music or podcasts on your device, feel free to bring your earphones and listen away during your appointments. Or enjoy our flat screen televisions in all the treatment rooms and the waiting room.
For the little ones, the ipads are a hit and brand new toys and stickers in the treasure chest are sure to create smiles and a positive experience.
Hot towels after your dental treatment are available. They are single use to always maintain the highest standards in infection control.

Patient Education
Why it's important to keep an appointment?
What the Dental Hygienist does
What the Dentist does
When you see your dentist for a check-up, they will first carry out an examination or assessment. At your check-up, your dentist will assess your current oral health, any risk of future disease, and advise you on the care and treatment required to secure good oral health. It is important that you try to keep your teeth healthy and clean to maintain good oral health.
At your check-up, your dentist may:
- carry out a full examination of your mouth, teeth and gums
- ask about your general health and any problems you have had with your teeth, mouth or gums since your last visit
- ask about and give advice on your diet, smoking, and drinking
- ask about your teeth-cleaning habits and give you advice on the most appropriate ways to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy
- explain any risks, as well as costs, of all treatment you may need
- discuss with you when your next visit should be
You don’t necessarily need to see your dentist every six months. Your dentist will recommend how often you should come to see them, based on your current dental health. If you have problems with your teeth between check-ups, contact us and we will guide you to what you should do. Dr Marilyn Gregus and our Associates, Drs Dang and Lamba, are excited to see you!
